This policy has been created to ensure that you are fully aware of our shipping terms and procedures. By placing an order in this store, you agree to the terms described below.

B. Shipping Time, Processing, and Order Cut-off within the Netherlands
Generally, domestic shipments are in transit for 6 to 10 business days (Monday to Friday).
The order cut-off time is 12:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (New York).
Domestic order processing time is 1 to 2 business days (Monday to Friday).
C. Delivery Terms
We use YunExpress for the delivery of our products.
D. Change of Delivery Address
Once an order is in transit, we cannot change the delivery address. If you wish to change the delivery address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order via info@shivawellbeing.nl or visit our store.
E. Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, please refer to our refund policy.
F. Packages Damaged in Transit
If you notice that a package has been damaged during transit, we kindly ask you to refuse the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service.
If the package was delivered while you were not present, please contact our customer service for further instructions.
