Terms & Conditions Shiva Wellbeing Spa Giveaway 2026
1. Promoter

Hereafter referred to as “Shiva Wellbeing”.
2. Giveaway period
The giveaway opens on 5 October 2026 and closes on 2 November 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be included in the draw.
3. Who can enter?
The giveaway is open to individuals who:
- are aged 18 or over;
- are resident in the United Kingdom; and
- comply with these Terms & Conditions.
Employees of HighValueDJ/Shiva Wellbeing and any individuals or organisations directly involved in the organisation or administration of this giveaway are not eligible to enter.
4. How to enter
Entry to the giveaway is free.
To enter, participants must complete the designated giveaway entry form during the giveaway period and provide a valid email address.
No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Purchasing from Shiva Wellbeing is not a condition of entry and does not increase the chance of winning.
Only one valid entry per person is permitted. Completing the form multiple times or submitting multiple entries will not result in additional entries or an increased chance of winning.
By entering the giveaway, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
Where a participant separately chooses to receive promotional emails from Shiva Wellbeing, that marketing consent will be obtained in accordance with the information provided at the point of sign-up.
Consent to receive marketing emails is separate from acceptance of these giveaway Terms & Conditions.
5. The prize
There will be one winner.
The winner will receive a spa and wellness budget worth up to £500 for two people.
The winner may propose a spa hotel, wellness hotel, spa resort or similar spa or wellness destination located within the United Kingdom.
The selected destination must be approved in advance by Shiva Wellbeing.
Depending on what is offered by the chosen venue, the prize budget may be used towards, for example:
- one or more overnight stays;
- spa or wellness access;
- breakfast;
- dinner;
- massages;
- spa treatments; and
- packages offered by the selected venue.
Where possible, the prize will be provided in the form of a gift voucher or gift card issued by the selected spa or wellness venue.
The exact method by which the prize is provided will depend on the facilities, terms and available options of the selected venue.
The prize will not be paid out in cash.
6. Use of the £500 budget
The maximum total value of the prize is £500.
If the winner selects a spa break, package or voucher worth more than £500, all costs above £500 will be the responsibility of the winner.
If the selected spa or wellness prize costs less than £500, the remaining amount will not be paid out in cash.
Instead, the winner will receive a Shiva Wellbeing online store voucher for the remaining value.
Example: if the selected spa stay costs £420, the winner will also receive £80 in Shiva Wellbeing store credit.
Any Shiva Wellbeing store credit issued under this giveaway will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue and cannot be exchanged for cash.
7. Availability of the selected spa or wellness venue
The winner’s choice is subject to approval by Shiva Wellbeing and availability at the selected venue.
If the proposed spa or wellness venue is unavailable, does not meet the requirements of the giveaway, or it is not reasonably possible for Shiva Wellbeing to arrange the prize with that venue, the winner must select another suitable venue in consultation with Shiva Wellbeing.
The terms, availability restrictions and validity period of any voucher may differ between venues.
The terms and conditions of the final selected spa or wellness venue will also apply.
8. Winner selection and notification
On 3 November 2026, one winner will be selected at random from all valid entries.
The winner will be selected impartially.
The winner will be contacted by email on 3 November 2026 using the email address submitted with their entry.
The winner will have 7 days to respond.
If the winner does not respond within this period, their entitlement to the prize will lapse and Shiva Wellbeing may select another winner at random from the remaining valid entries.
9. Redeeming the prize
The winner must use the prize within 12 months of 3 November 2026, subject to the validity period and terms of the final selected spa or wellness venue.
The prize is personal to the winner and is non-transferable.
The prize cannot be exchanged, in whole or in part, for cash.
10. Publicity
The winner is not required to consent to the publication of their name, photograph, experience or other personal information for marketing purposes.
Shiva Wellbeing will only use such information for promotional purposes where the winner has given separate consent.
Whether or not the winner gives such consent will have no effect on their entitlement to the prize.
11. Personal data and email communications
Personal data will be processed where necessary to:
- register entries;
- administer the giveaway;
- select the winner;
- contact the winner; and
- arrange the prize.
Further information about how personal data is handled is available in the Shiva Wellbeing Privacy Policy and in the privacy information provided at the point of entry.
Where a participant separately opts in to receive marketing emails, Shiva Wellbeing may use their email address for that purpose.
Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time, for example by using the unsubscribe link in a marketing email or by contacting info@shivawellbeing.nl.
Withdrawing marketing consent will not affect an otherwise valid giveaway entry.
12. Fraud and misuse
Shiva Wellbeing reserves the right to invalidate an entry or exclude a participant where there is evidence of:
- fraud;
- abuse of the giveaway;
- false or misleading information;
- manipulation of the giveaway or entry process; or
- any attempt to influence the draw unfairly.
13. Changes or cancellation
If unforeseen circumstances, technical issues, force majeure or other events outside Shiva Wellbeing’s reasonable control make it impossible or impractical to continue the giveaway as originally planned, Shiva Wellbeing reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway.
Any changes will be made reasonably and will not be made unfairly to the detriment of participants.
Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated to participants.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shiva Wellbeing will not be responsible for technical failures, network problems, incorrect contact details or other circumstances outside its reasonable control that result in an entry being lost, delayed or incorrectly submitted.
Shiva Wellbeing is not responsible for changes, cancellations, availability issues or other circumstances relating to the winner’s selected spa or wellness venue.
If the originally selected venue cannot be used, Shiva Wellbeing will work with the winner to identify a suitable alternative.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
